How We Help
What actually happens when you reach out
Maranatha is small on purpose. When you send us a request, a real person reads it, prays over it, and figures out how we can help. Here's the whole process, front to back.
- Step 1
You tell us what's happening
Fill out the Request Help form. Share as much or as little as you're comfortable with. If you'd rather email or call, that's fine too.
- Step 2
A real person reads it
Not a bot. Not a mailing list. A member of the Maranatha team reads what you wrote, prays over it, and figures out what we can do.
- Step 3
We show up with help
Sometimes that's money for a bill, groceries for a week, a plane ticket, medical support, or a call to a partner ministry near you. We meet the real need, however we can.
- Step 4
You tell your story — if you want
After we've helped, we invite you to share a story and photos on Share Your Story. It's optional. Nothing goes public without your permission.
What We Do Not Do
No paperwork gauntlet. No shame. No test of faith.
- • We do not require a statement of faith to help you.
- • We do not share your details with anyone without your permission.
- • We do not publish your name or story unless you tell us we can.
- • If we can't help you ourselves, we'll try to point you to someone who can.
